May 29, 2009 (Friday Evening) – Day 1:
Evening Board Train for Delhi

May 30, 2009 (Saturday) – Day 2: Arrival at Delhi transfer to Hotel for freshen-up and rest. Evening Transfer to Coach JourneyDinner on the way; overnight journey in Luxury Coach


May 31, 2009 (Sunday) – Day 3: Reach Manali by Morning, check into Hotel. Full day at leisure and restEvening stroll to Manali Market

June 3, 2009 (Wednesday) – Day 6: Sarchu – Leh (255 Kms – 9 Hrs) Leave for Leh by early morning, PassingNakeela Pass & Lachlangla Pass 16,617 ftReach Pang by afternoon lunch break at Pangenroute More Plains (Biggest and Highest Plateau on Earth on Stretch of 42 Kms) Taglang La Pass (2nd Highest Motorable Road in the World at A Height of 17,585ft)& reaching Upshi, from here the road follows the Indus River, passing villages with there terraced Fields and neat- Whitewashed houses. On a way one notice the ruins have an ancient Fort or palace or the distant glimpse of gompa on a hill. And at last Leh is Reach by evening.O/N Leh.B/D

June 6, 2009 (Saturday) – Day 9: After breakfast leave by early morning for Pangong Lake 14, 500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. Third Highest Motorable road in the world. Pangong Lake, a highest salt water Lake in the world, shared by twocountries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of lake on banks of the lake while appreciating the changing colors of fascinating high altitude lake. Leave back to Leh by Same Route. O/N Leh. June 7, 2009 (Sunday) – Day 10: Early morning board flight for DelhiAfternoon Board Train for Mumbai (For to board back flight to Mumbai; we can give them ex. Delhi option; if you take flight you can reach Mumbai on Sunday)

June 8, 2009 (Monday) – Day 11: Morning arrival in Mumbai by flight previous evening

Terms and Conditions of Commercials

Group size considered while budgetting

The pricing is worked out based on a minimum group size of 6 to 10 person on triple sharing basis.

Cost is inclusive of all Transfers as per trip plan / All Meals / All Inner line permit charges / Accommodation on triple sharing


Food

The cost also includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Standard meals.

Transport

Travel - Non Ac Qualis / Scorpio as per tour programme only each vehicle 6 to 7 persons + driver or Maxi-Cab 10 persons + driver

Accomodation

Accommodation has been budgeted based on triple sharing basis

Accommodation will be provided in decent Guest Houses with attached bath, in some location may also by grade one tents.

Important Note

1. Payment Terms: 50% Advance and balance 50% before April 15, 2009.
2. No Refund for unutilized services.
3. No Insurance /Emergency evacutation / any kind of emergency support system is not included in the cost.
4. Service Tax is applicable
5. Any Hindrance cost in the tour operations due to Floods/Storm/Landslides/Bridge damages; any extra expenses incurred is not included in our cost
6. Any missed hotel stay or missed tour will not be compensated and all incurred expenses are not included.
7. Every member will have to sign a disclaimer form before the trip.

Taxes

Any taxes applicable at the time of payment has to be borne by the customer. Currently service tax is applicable.

Cost Not Inclusive Of:

1. Any Kind of Extra Meals / Drinks Ordered.
2. Insurance, Tips, Personal Porters, Phone Calls.
3. Any Kind of Personal Expenses.
4. Any Kind of Expense for Loss / Misplaced / Theft on personal belongings.
5. Any Kind of Cost which not mentioned above.
6. Any kind of extra services or added services charges will be added extra.
7. Any Kind of Drinks (Aerated, Mineral) – Alcohol not permitted during the trip.
8. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
9. Cost of flight journey from Leh to Delhi; has to be borne by the customer and is not budgeted in the trip fee.

Confirmed railway reservations / airlines tickets may not be available for persons booking late or may turnout to be more expensive.

Carry Rs.10,000/- as emergency money per head.
