This winter Nature Knights play detective, as we unfold mysteries of mountaineering. Learn how to rappel down a cliff like a spider and that too over a 300 feet wall right into the mighty sea! Learn the mystery of climbing rocks like a lizard; crawl like a mongoose into 200 feet deep caves (Caving)… It’s all bundled with extensive exposure to the "Fundamentals of Mountaineering".
Beaches have an added charm in winter and Ratnagiri has plenty of them. We will stay very close to Bhate beach.A morning walk on the beach, an evening dip and late night camp fire masti is what is in store for ones who desire to make the best of these winters with Nature Knights.
The mountaineering activities will be under the able supervision of India’s National & State award winning Mountaineer who has conducted numerous successful climbs to his credit.

How to prepare your self for any adventure?
Fitness – Most important
Start walks 3 to 4 times per week; go for 45 minutes to 60 minutes brisk walk. If you can go for walks with your backpack or a smaller one nothing like it.
Do stretching exercise (stiff body can break down easily).
Built strength training (weights or GYM or at least do Surya Namaskar; Pushups; Squats and Stomach Crunches). 20 minutes 3 to 4 times per week is OK.
Eat good food (have 3 to 4 servings of vegetable or fruit salads per day).
Pranayam – Breathing exercise for developing stronger lungs.
If you have purchased a new shoe for trek, start wearing it at least 10 to 15 days in advance to get used to the new shoe.
Looking forward to meet you for yet another exciting Nature Knights adventure.
